I conducted in-depth research to recommend strategies to integrate their CRM system into the sales process, aiming to optimize marketing ROI. I also developed a system leveraging AI to analyze qualitative survey data, which provided insights to develop marketing strategies and drive business growth.

San Jose Public Library Foundation (SJPLF) - San Jose, CA

Digital Marketing and Communications Intern

The San Jose Public Library Foundation is a non-profit organization which raises funds to support the programs and services of the San Jose Public Libraries.

I played a key role in their digital marketing efforts by creating short and long-form videos that showcased the impactful stories of young adults in the Resilience Corps Associates (RCA) program. As this internship and the RCA program was sponsored by Apple, I ensured that these videos aligned with Apple's goals and messaging. Additionally, I produced various marketing materials to promote the foundation's initiatives and wrote blog posts to highlight our mission and achievements.

HP Inc. - Palo Alto, CA

Digital Experiences Intern

HP Inc. is a Fortune 50 technology company that specializes in innovative personal computing, printing, and digital solutions. 

I led the initiative to design and implement 26 unique web pages for HP’s global network of Customer Welcome Centers (CWC). To do so, I conducted research by interviewing colleagues in CWC locations across the globe. I piloted over 10 presentations for website proposals, all of which received approval from executive leadership. I also graphically designed 45+ website mockups set for future implementation on HP.com, ensuring all visual elements and copy align with HP’s branding.

Marketing Specialist Intern

Actineon is an industrial computer design and deployment company. 

I revitalized the company's online presence by modernizing their website. I spearheaded the use of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing tool, enhancing our outreach and engagement with potential clients. Additionally, I played a key role in organizing and promoting a tradeshow exhibition, and actively participated in the event to boost in-person advertising efforts.
